Rarely is there such a kickass chick in the world. Surrounded by total bummers, losers and the occasional gems of coolness ‘round the world, a chick like me could only exist in measured appearances. Ah, the world’s not prepared for all this awesomeness so I cannot be super famous all over the ‘net, and I’m not here to shake the cosmic balance of the earth too much.

But the people deserve — nay, NEED — a place where they can admire true greatness, don’t they? That’s what this blog is all about, baby!

If you ever wanted a place full of style, funny as hell commentary and a variety of retro stuff seen through the lens of a chick with modern sensibilities and a true heart full of coolness? This is the spot for it! Leona’s the name and I write a buncha stuff that comes to mind that I wanta show ya ‘fore I forget about it — anythin’ that doesn’t become a full fledged Youtube video project (something I’m plannin’ in the distant future) should find its way here.

We’ve got everythin’ you could ask for, dude. I cover shit from the eras I love (80’s, 90’s, 2000’s) which are coincidentally ones I grew up with, and sometimes I even cover oddities around the internet or archived stuff from someone’s VHS tapes. I cruise ‘round the confusing waves of the ‘net and ride the current ‘till I find all kindsa crazy shit just for you (and my personal amusement), diggin’ up the craziest, silliest, coolest stuff and plastering them here. Things that cannot be simply covered by a funny tweet to be ignored by the robot overlords algorithmic nightmare, only to be nabbed by some blue-tick psycho who then makes all the cash on my behalf.

No, they must be preserved in some way, showcased and loved!
